Comfort and style all wrapped up in one wonderful chair! This awesome circa 1950s lounge chair came from a home filled with high quality mid-century modern furnishings. It bears a label on the bottom from one of the premier mid-century design firms here in our hometown. Unfortunately, it does not have its manufacturers label. No matter, it is beautiful and in extremely good vintage condition and ready to use. It is done in the style of the famed MR. chair designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar and sports an amazing striped velvet fabric which is also done in the style of an incredible designer, Jack Lenor Larsen. We tried in vain to find a selvage edge of the fabric proclaiming the Larsen name proudly; but, did find similar stripe fabrics attributed to him in our online search. This all being said is just to tell you what a great designed and extremely comfortable custom-made chair this is. Its tall back with its modified wingback styling and button detail is sure to please. You must make it your own.

Handsome vintage mid century modern lounge chair done in the style of Edward Wormley’s Mr. chair for Dunbar. It is in fabulous original vintage condition with its original stripe velvet fabric in the style of Jack Lenor Larsen. There is a small worn spot to the fabric on the seat cushion but otherwise is in wonderful and ready to use condition. Circa 1950s
