The coat tree is one of those pieces of furniture that in most homes is very necessary but it’s hard to find an attractive one. Not so here. Comprised very simply of four strips of gently curved pine that are held in place with three various sized squares of pine at the bottom, middle, and top. The hooks, the working parts of the coat tree, can be found on each of the four legs at the point of connection of the upper and middle square of wood for a total of eight hooks. The lower square of wood could hold a pair of boots or maybe a container for umbrellas. Although officially Arts and Crafts design, it would be perfect mixed with your industrial style loft decor, or complement your modern country, western, or mid-century modern home.
