Four Mid Century Modern Curved Glass Wall Sconces White with Harlequin Diamonds

These incredible mid-century modern curved glass wall sconces are so incredible! They bring back many fond memories for me. They originally hung in a local Topeka, Kansas steak house, The Plantation, which my husband and I frequented in our early married years. Boy could they tell stories, I’m sure! They are comprised of a brass plated round wall mounted fixture with brass plated wings to accept the conical shaped curved glass slide-in shades. Each fixture does have an on off switch or they can be wired to a wall switch. The shades are made of textured clear glass that has been slumped into a curved half cone. It was then painted with a white paint leaving the harlequin diamond design in clear glass. An optical illusion is in effect with these shades as the clear diamonds look gold. I’m not sure how that happens. We have priced these gorgeous mid-century sconces per sconce including one extra shade. We will sell one, two, three, or four. They are in fabulous vintage condition. I can imagine how great they would look all lined up running down a hallway. Or a pair on either side of a vanity mirror in your mid-century modern bath. And maybe for a soft glow in a dining room.
