In my opinion, this brass and travertine side table for Directional by Paul McCobb is one of the classiest and most beautiful end tables of the mid-20th century modern design era. It is very simple and versatile yet has lots of presence. It is comprised of a square brass tubular frame with an H stretcher base and a square solid cream travertine stone top which simply sits on the square base. Stunning! Although considered a mid-century modern piece, this little table will complement many other design styles. Don’t be afraid to mix it with Hollywood Regency, Art Deco, contemporary, or traditionally designed decors. And, its simple classic lines are timeless as well. Make it yours.
