Handsome set of 4 vintage modern adjustable bar stools in laminate and black vinyl with chrome and cast aluminum bases by Daystrom. These stools adjust from bar height to counter height and swivel 360 degrees. They are in overall wonderful vintage condition. The laminate seats and the original black vinyl upholstery are in very good condition. We have repainted the edges of the curved backs. The cast aluminum base and foot rail have some age patina as does the chrome shaft. Please see photos. Circa 1960s-1970s

We’ve found another set of these great Daystrom vintage modern bar or counter stools! The first set went fast so don’t hesitate. The original black vinyl upholstery is fabulous, and we love the faux rosewood laminate curved backs. Not to mention the 360-degree swivel and the fact that they adjust from bar height to counter height on their chrome shafts and cast aluminum four prong base. Plus, they have a cast aluminum ringed footrest! They may just be the perfect barstool!! Daystrom Furniture was one of the top producing furniture companies of the mid-century. They made great looking dinette sets, barstools, and bars. Considered low to mid range furniture at the time, they have become collectable for their awesome space-age styles and innovative materials. This set of four cool barstools is no exception. Make them yours.
