The structure is simple, yet stunning comprised of a conical shaped split rattan shade featuring rattan ties around the base of the conical, fabulous, weaved rattan detail under the antiqued brass finial or cap, and it hangs with a beautiful, antiqued brass chain. We have outfitted it with a large globe style bulb for a little extra “cool”. We will include the bulb. Ready to plug in, swag, and add just the right blend of organic modern texture to any space in your home. Right now, it has a pull chain and plug but if you so desire, we could convert it to a hard-wired ceiling, fixture. Just let us know if you prefer that option! It’s a bit on the petite side so it is a perfect fit for a breakfast nook or smaller kitchen table, over a reading chair in your sitting room, or in a corner for just the right ambience. Vintage Mid-Century Modern Split Rattan Conical Hanging Swag Light Antiqued Brass Accents

Handsome vintage mid-century modern split rattan hanging conical light with large round bulb (which we will include), antiqued brass cap or finial and chain. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. This is a swag lamp style fixture which plugs into the wall with a pull chain on and off switch. If you prefer to hard wire and install it as a ceiling fixture, we can do so for you by shortening the chain, removing the plug, and adding a canopy. We could also change out the socket to eliminate the pull chain. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid-20th Century.
