Gorgeous vintage modern brass plated console or sofa table with rectangular glass top in the style of Karl Springer. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are several areas of discoloration spots on the brass plating, and we like the look, but you may not. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. What an EXTRAORDIARY sofa table!! This is a beautiful brass plated frame and glass top console or sofa table in the style of Karl Springer. Although it can be found on the internet attributed to Karl Springer it is my opinion that it is not his gorgeous work but styled after his iconic pieces. It does have his bold and simple signature styling with its substantial brass plated tubular steel base which has an angular abstract profile. Somewhat Z-shaped. The rectangular 3/8-inch-thick glass has a beveled edge and rounded corners. It’s absolutely fabulous!! This console table has lots of presence without taking up much space with its overall smaller stature. It will look fantastic in your entry way or dining room or behind the sofa in your living room. No matter where you choose to use this wonderful sofa table, choose to make it yours!!
