“To love beauty is to see light.” – Victor Hugo. And talk about a beautiful light!!! This is a fabulous vintage floor lamp that resembles a turned column with a natural faux travertine plaster finish & its original white linen-look coolie shade stamped 1986 House of Lamps. We researched the web extensively; however, we were unable to find anything definitive on House of Lamps but regardless, this floor lamp is INCREDIBLE!! It has a single switch, it has been given a new plug, and is in wonderful working condition. It has a round base and its color reminds me of a vanilla latte with a beautiful porous matte finish. It would be fabulous in your sitting room next to a comfy chaise or in your bedroom for just the right ambience. It has a simple, almost Traditional shape, and we think it was probably considered Southwestern at the time it was made although technically its Modern… so we say its Modern Southwestern, and it is going to blend in beautifully with your décor and resonate fabulous-ness in any room you choose. This incredible column faux travertine plaster floor lamp won’t stay here long! You know you want it, and we think you absolutely NEED it… Make it YOURS!!!
