I really love this pair of old Patamban pottery plates made in Michoacan, Mexico with their deep brown – black base glaze color and lovely green for the design. One plate depicts a swan the other a fish. Both are in really wonderful condition and ready to display on a bookshelf or hang on a wall. I wouldn’t use them for food unless you place plastic wrap on them first. Just beautiful vintage pieces of folk art!
