There’s A LOT to talk about because this is A LOT of BEAUTIFUL BED!!!!! It is composed of five black lacquered pieces total including the headboard, two side cabinets or wardrobes, a back mirror with a split center seam, and a lighted upper crown, all with an original slightly distressed finish The headboard is low and features two slanted shelves that when opened have a hidden spacious deep storage area with removeable, slide on lids. It’s so convenient as you can store extra pillows or blankets down below, slide the lid on top which creates a shelf for even more storage, and you can close the door to hide the storage area & use as a back rest. SUPER NICE!!! There are two tall cabinets, one on each side of the bed featuring double doors with brass hardware. Behind the double doors awaits three removeable wood shelves and a lower drawer with dividers. Below the doors is a fixed shelf that doubles as a nightstand and open storage space beneath the shelf. This set also includes a gorgeous back mirror (which has a lovely bronze-ish reflection) and a split seam in the center and an upper crown piece with LED lights underneath the crown accessed with a knob switch, and there are several cut out openings for cords, plug-ins, and electrical access. The mirror is removeable or optional so if you prefer you could take it out & expose a blank wall or hang your favorite piece of artwork there instead. The bed could be considered modular if you don’t want to utilize the upper crown, mirror, or want to separate the cabinets, however, the lower shelf or nightstand shelf on the side cabinets is fixed, so keep that in mind.
