Handsome set of four Z frame cantilevered Milo Baughman style dining chairs in burnt orange velvet and brass plated flat bar frames. They are in wonderful vintage condition. The brass plating has minor scratching and may have some minor spots where the plating is missing, as you would expect with age. The original rust colored velvet is in extraordinarily good condition. These are ready to use. See photos. Circa 1970s.

Description

We just found this incredible set of four Z framed dining chairs and could not resist them. They are in wonderful condition especially the original burnt orange velvet upholstery fabric. They are comprised of a brass plated armed and cantilevered Z frame of flat bar metal in the style of Milo Baughman’s Z chair but not quite; however, they were paired with what we believe to be a Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin octagon table. They have a one-piece seat and back that is upholstered in rust colored velvet. The back with a channeled and rolled button tuck design and the seat with a rolled front and button detail. This marvelous set of four chairs is ready to use with whatever table you desire. You may want to check the tables we have listed as we have several that would be perfect paired with these chairs. Just make them yours.
