Description

Elegant, stylish, graceful, sophisticated, classic, chic, fashionable! All adjectives to describe this gorgeous cabinet by Ello for their Optima collection. This circa 1970-1990 storage cabinet is clad in beautiful brass and a mauvy rose gray colored glass. In some light it is more rose, and, in some light, it is grayer. It is comprised of a double doored touch latch mirrored glass upper section, that’s interior is shelved and lined in black laminate, with four full width mirrored glass drawers with brass drawer pulls. Two shallow drawers and two deeper drawers. The sides of the cabinet are clad in brass which wraps around and frames the lovely rose glass front. The overall effect is simply stunning!

Ello furniture was founded in Chicago by Lothar Molton in 1956, a few years after fleeing Nazi Germany with his family. In 1968 he moved the company to Rockford, Illinois and in 2010 it closed its doors. Ello’s motto was Contemporary Furniture of Distinction combined with Function plus Spectacular Glamour.

Ello’s motto perfectly describes this wonderful cabinet! You must make it yours.
