I thought a fence joke might be a fun way to start this description… but I changed my mind because I thought some may find it O-FENSE-ive!! Ha Ha!!! Oh, come on!! That’s funny!! Ok, let’s get serious… this is a wonderful vintage Manchester style fence with repurposed as an awesome 3-panel folding screen! We think the actual pickets are of an Antique era and they were repurposed and custom made into this unique folding screen in the later 20th Century… but there are no markings we have found. The pickets possess Gothic style jagged & pointed tops and it bears a gorgeous Rustic red, deliberately distressed finished front and a natural wood back featuring slightly rounded horizontal rail supports. The panels fold with black metal hinges and although each side bears a different Rustic look, both sides are equally as incredible! It will be wonderful free standing as a decorative piece in any room, used as a convenient and interesting room divider, as a privacy screen in your dressing area, or on the deck or lanai draped with vines or foliage. (Just watch the hinges as weather conditions could rust them over time!) Or how about using it as an awesome headboard in a Rustic, Western, or Gothic style bedroom? Its uses are only limited to your imagination!! If you love this marvelous Rustic folding screen half as much as we do, don’t stay “on the fence” very long… you better hurry, and make it YOURS!!!
