What is, at the same time, a sofa, a chair, a bench, and an ottoman? These! These incredible interesting modular seating pieces by Charlotte Chair Co. circa 1970 to 1990. They wear their original pastel cream, blue, and blush modern nubby fabric which we have professionally cleaned and really is kind of cool and retro. But we can imagine them in a fabulous mohair or faux leather or tweed. And they would be stunning redone, so we have priced them accordingly. There are eight seats and eighteen uprights or backs. We hesitate to call them backs as they can also be sides but for the sake of this description staying short rather than becoming a book, we will just call them backs! They can be configured in oh so many ways: bench sofa, slipper chair, cube chair, sofa with sides, double sided seating, backless bench, yada yada yada…I could go on and on. Now, this is not a sofa I want to spend the evening on or nap upon; but, it does make awesome extra seating and be perfect in an entryway, end of a bed, dressing room/walk-in closet, large luxurious bathroom, office, den, or study to name just a few. I believe this group started life in a shoe store!! They are ready for about whatever you need so just make them yours! Or, if you only want a few, get in touch…we might be willing to break them up.

26 Handsome modern modular seating and back pieces by Charlotte Chair Co. These sections can be configured as sofas and chairs or used as just ottomans or benches. They are in fabulous vintage condition. We have had them professionally cleaned and they could be used as is, but the fabric is original, and of a vintage contemporary design, so you may wish to reupholster. We have priced them accordingly. Please see photos. We have priced these for all twenty-six pieces but will entertain splitting them. Circa 1970 and 1980.
