Description

Can’t you just visualize the miners during the gold rush in Colorado using these awesome crucibles? This great group of 11 pieces of antique mining ceramic crucibles are circa 1800 and were found somewhere in Leadville, Colorado. They make a fabulous grouping on any shelf or bookcase. The burnt umber drip glaze is really beautiful. Two of the smaller dish shaped pieces are marked on the bottom “2 1/2 In. Battersea Works England.” They are all in great condition for their age with the expected small chips around the edges from use. This listing is for all 11 pieces and just think……..you are buying a piece of history!
