This is one of those pieces you just ooh and ahh over because of its incredibly beautiful patina it has achieved over its years of use. We are not sure if it was a work bench or a factory cabinet, but we do know its fabulous. It is comprised of pine that has a natural age patina and a full height door on one end and four drawers on the other. There are two side-by-side shallow top drawers with two longer drawers below. Even the miss-matched cast iron cup pulls, and homemade wood twist latch are charming. The back is solid wood planks so it can float in a room. One end of the top is flush and the other overhangs so at some point in its life it must have been up against the wall or another cabinet…and this is even charming!! I see this being an incredible kitchen island. But it would also make a unique and useful credenza. Put it in an entry or dining room, or for your TV in a family room or bedroom. Use it in your industrial loft or modern rustic country or mountain home. It will be spectacular. Just make it yours!!
