We couldn’t pass up these fabulous modular sofas, or shall I say seating sections, and couldn’t wait to offer them to you. They are done in the style of the Don Chadwick designed sofa for Herman Miller, but these are made by August Inc. The Seating Specialist and from their Laurel Series. We are offering them to you all for one price. There are 11 wedge sections and 13 straight sections with one of those having an arm, for a total of 24 sections. Most of the pieces need new upholstery so…they are priced assuming you will recover. There is a myriad of ways to configure the sections and we have tried to show you several in our photos. We have also done a mock-up of how a sofa will look when done all one color. I can envision a set of these scattered about a loft apartment or in a great room and then pulled together when needed. Or two slightly curved sofas facing each other in front of a fireplace. Or…or…or!! Sky’s the limit. Make this modular sectional sofa yours!!!

A Selection of handsome Laurel Series seating modular sofa sections by August Inc. both straight and wedge pieces. There is a total of 24 sections with 11 wedges and 13 straight sections. These are in the style of the modular curved sofa designed by Don Chadwick for Herman Miller. These pieces are in varying degrees of condition as far as upholstery is concerned so we have priced them as needing upholstered. The black bases have all been restored and the padding is great in each piece. We are pricing them for the total of 24 pieces. However, we will consider selling less. Please see photos. Circa 1980s-1990s.
