Either way… it is unique and INCREDIBLE!!! First, let’s talk about this GORGEOUS pedestal base…it is comprised of a group of four metal cylinders with a sultry black freshly painted finish. The patina throughout the table is spectacular…it has distressed, aged areas and we feel it is what gives it a distinctive, and obviously marvelous vintage appearance. The tabletop is composed of a beautiful black dyed oak frame with an aged brass insert. It is simply stunning. This dining table will look fabulous in your modern or post-modern style dining room and dining chair options are endless! Fabulous modern dining table with a four-cylinder black painted metal pedestal base, dyed black oak tabletop frame, and aged brass center insert in the style of Bernhard Rhone for Mastercraft. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, Gorgeous, refinished condition with beautifully aged and distressed patina on the wood top and wear as you would expect with vintage pieces. The metal insert top does have minor scratching. The metal base has been given a fresh coat of black paint.
