Description

Mirror mirror on the wall………I’M the fairest of them ALL! Just look at this incredibly beautiful gold leaf or gilt mirror! It is monumental in size and presence. The frame is a generous eight inches wide giltwood that has an applied gesso floral garland with the whole having been covered in gold leaf. We believe this mirror to be late 19th century, however it has been recently re-gilded and wears a new mirror glass. It can be hung both horizontally and vertically and is large enough to stand on its own. But does look phenomenal above a credenza or console. You may even want it for your master bath. Or what a statement it would make in your powder room. You can decide later where to use it. Just make it yours now.
