These pieces are comprised of a gorgeous teak handles that are fabulously tactile in nature and feel wonderful in your hand and stainless steel blades and fork that the original brochure, which is in the original box that comes with these pieces, states that the blades are skillfully crafted from special formula stainless steels and retain their mirror brite finish forever; and, that the cutting edges are micro-honed to everlasting razor sharpness.
