Description

Oh, my goodness this is such a fantastic collection of Italian Murano glass that we have assembled for you. These four pieces look completely incredible together and we just could not split them up, so we are selling them as a set. Two of the pieces are attributed to Barbini. One is a geode shape in the most gorgeous color of pink I believe I have ever seen and is cased in gold foglia d’oro. Absolutely stunning! The second Barbini attribution is the pinwheel striped dish which is commonly called his circus tent design. It is in a fabulous pink and white with gold foglia d’oro and a white cased underside. Another showstopper. The third piece in the set is a bullicante foglia d’oro (bubbles and gold leaf) ashtray in a lovely pink attributed to Seguso. Much discussion was done as to whether this was Venini or Seguso and Seguso won. The fourth and last piece is unattributed but the most fantastic copper avventurnia cased in white and clear I have ever seen. This is a phenomenal grouping and you will be proud to display it anywhere in your home. Just make them yours!
