Haven’t you heard…It’s HIP TO BE SQUARE?? Well, it certainly is in this instance!! This gorgeous vintage chrome and glass square coffee table is another in our offerings from The Pace Collection. The Pace Collection provided high-end contemporary furniture from 1960-2001 and this vintage example is confirmation to their iconic reputation. A phenomenal ¾-inch thick square glass top with a one-inch bevel sits atop a glass & chrome cube base comprised of four glass sides with chrome legs wrapped around the corners. It’s FABULOUS!! The Pace Collection was founded by Irving and Leon Rosen and was intended to be distinctly different from Knoll and Herman Miller in style and finishes, yet of the same high quality and great design. It is going to look wonderful in your living room blended with your modern or Hollywood Regency décor. Chrome, Glass, Style, and Class…. What more could you ask for?

The Pace Collection was founded by Irving and Leon Rosen in New York City as a high-end contemporary furniture company which was in business from 1960 to 2001. They offered their fine furniture and services to the contract interior design trade. Their designs were purposefully and distinctly different from Knoll, Herman Miller, Steelcase, and other renowned contract furniture companies. Their line of furniture was known for their rich and exotic wood veneers, high-gloss finishes, and shiny metals. Most pieces were made in limited editions or specifically for their elite customers.

Don’t let this GORGEOUS chrome & glass coffee table from The Pace Collection pass you by! Make it yours!!

the details

Fabulous vintage modern Hollywood Regency chrome and glass coffee table by The Pace Collection. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The chrome is in great shape but there may be some tiny scratches in the glass as you would expect for its age, I haven’t found any chips in its 3/4-inch-thick glass. The glass which creates the cube base does have chips on 6 out of the 16 corner edges where it connects to the chrome angles. The ones on the bottom obviously cannot be seen and it is very difficult to see the ones on the top even though they are there. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, 1970-1980’s.
