WOW!! This selection of Mexican pottery is COSAS CALIENTTE!!!! That’s “RED HOT” in Spanish!! We have quite the selection of fabulous Mexican pottery to offer to you. The pieces vary in age from our oldest piece being the bottle with “Dominga” or “Domingo” painted on the back, and it is from circa Late 19th to Early 20th century. It is comprised of burnished and polished clay which has been hand painted and although it is a bottle or vase, we do not recommend using liquids with it however, it would hold some silk flowers or artificial greenery… and would look fabulous!! Next in age, we have the Nesting items, four bowls with handles and two baking dishes from circa Early 20th to Mid-20th Century. All the Nesting items are comprised of a glazed clay and lovely painted details. Cooking should not be attempted in them; however, you could line them and use them as festive serving dishes. Finally, the carafe and cup from circa Mid to Late 20th Century. The cup & carafe are comprised of burnished clay and have a lovely design in terracotta and cream under a matte finish. We don’t recommend using water or cooking with any of these pieces, they are really just beautiful décor, unless you line them for serving purposes. They would be wonderful décor on the table at your next gathering or Taco Tuesday fiesta. Line the bottom of the baking dish and fill it with tortilla chips and line the handled nesting bowls with saran wrap and fill with guacamole and different salsas. Otherwise, this pottery collection will look gorgeous as décor in your Hacienda on a shelf in the kitchen. Or it would be a beautiful Southwestern addition to the China hutch or display cabinet in your dining room. What are you waiting for? RAPIDA!!! (Hurry!!) Make them yours!!
