Description
Beautiful and versatile as well! The lower chest is comprised of four full width drawers with recessed wood pulls; and, since this is a two-piece unit, could be used without the top. The top shelf piece could be used individually as well and is comprised of an open bottom and top with three shelves in between. I believe this great piece with its warm tones and wonderful graining to be Honduran Rosewood. My husband, and business partner, believes it to be teak. Either way it is gorgeous. Let us know what you think. We do both agree the cabinet has a laminate top surface. Although it does not retain its original label, it has been attributed to Founder’s Furniture circa 1960s, who often used only hang tags that were, obviously, removed by the first owners. We know you will enjoy this handy, versatile, handsome piece of mid-century modern functional art. Make it yours!
