Description
These mid-century modern dining chairs attributed to William Clingman for his Contempora Collection which he designed for J. L. Metz Furniture are so lovely! Their details abound. From their metal sabots on the tips of the round tapered legs and metal shoulders on their v-shaped backs, to their radio weave caned backs and weathered cherry finish. The arm chairs are eight inches taller than the side chairs and have a slat back with burlwood in place of the caned back. But, the arms have the same metal pieces at the shoulders. These chairs would make a wonderful addition to any mid-century modern, Art Deco, or Hollywood Regency table. If you are looking for a unique set of dining room chairs, you just found them. Make them yours.
