Description
Splendid Spanish Revival, Remarkably Rustic, and Ravishing Red!!! WOW!!! This is a stunning vintage 1970’s Spanish Revival Rustic red chenille sofa in the style of Artes De Mexico Internationales comprised of a gorgeous dark wood frame with fantastic details specifically the front and front side edges bearing an eye-catching detail similar to egg and dart design. Also, across the back behind the cushions sits four round wood finial details that remind us of doorknobs… it’s simple but very attractive!! And it all sits on round tapered legs. The dark finished wood bears an all-over purposeful patina which we feel adds to its vintage beauty. I mean, it SCREAMS 1970’s marvelousness!!! It has three foam filled loose zippered seat cushions, and three loose zippered Dacron wrapped foam back cushions wearing a BEAUTIFUL red chenille fabric. It is Rustic and Spanish Revival in style but back in the “cool days” when my mom was young this sofa may have also been considered Mediterranean in style. Either way, it is going to make a bold statement in your living or family room, be incredible in your office or den flanking the fireplace or striking in your sitting room surrounded by a pair of chairs, end tables, and a fabulous coffee table. Comfort, versatility, and unmatchable style… this gorgeous Spanish Revival Rustic red chenille sofa in the style of Artes De Mexico Internationales is EXACTLY what the designer ordered!! What are you waiting for? You simply MUST make it yours!!
