This is a fantastic set of four Daystrom dining chairs comprised of lovely one inch chrome tube frames with arched tops of the seat back, a natural wicker back insert, and outrageously awesome orange fabric seats. The upholstery is a warm and wonderful russet orange and has a slight ribbed pattern like a wide wale corduroy. They are going to look fabulous surrounding your dining table or breakfast nook and if you are in search of a marvelous table, we have several listed here for sale that will compliment them nicely… check them out!! Daystrom Company was founded in Olean, NY in 1934 manufacturing metal ashtrays and in 1938 began producing chromium kitchen furniture. Then in 1962 Daystrom moved to South Boston becoming the Daystrom Furniture Company. Daystrom’s casual dining furniture was designed by an in-house design department headed by Ted Van Benschoten. They changed ownership many times and ceased operations in 1996. This set is in wonderful vintage condition.
