Description
This is one gorgeous side table and you better hurry to buy it because I am having a great struggle letting it go. When I first saw it, I knew I had to make it ours. I am having a hard time deciding whether its style is Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Arts and Craft or maybe a bit Victorian. It has elements of them all. At first glance I was reminded of a newel post but upon closer inspection we believe it was made as a table. Or maybe it is from a ship! The top is turned out of one (or is it 2) piece of solid teak and the octagon base is created from eight carved trapezoidal panels containing twelve graduating orbs. The overall effect is stunning! It will steal the show no matter in what room you use it. The design possibilities are endless both in use and style. You just need to be quick to make it yours!
