This is one of the most beautiful, unusual, and versatile pieces we have ever had here at the shop. We are calling it a dry bar in a box! This bar height cabinet is finished on all four sides with six panels which are adorned with six different hand carved appliqued designs of Asian style bird and floral motifs and is supported by an interesting Asian style base. Each panel is a gorgeous work of art. Then here comes the interesting part. Open what looks to be a double door front and voila you are opening the end panels as well and they fold out flush with the “back” panels creating a four-panel front bar and exposing a fully equipped bar interior. Then flip up and fold down the gorgeous wood cabinet top to create a full green marble inlaid bar top. Simply amazing piece. The bar interior boasts three drawers, wine storage, liquor storage, and shelves for barware. And it is on casters so it can roll from here to there easily. Closed and not being used as a bar it can float in a room since it is finished all around or used it as a console or credenza then roll to wherever you desire to open it up and use. Chinoiserie and somewhat Hollywood Regency it will blend with many many design styles. So, as I said in the beginning, beautiful, versatile, and unusual. You need to make it yours!
