Stunning vintage Modern custom-made Lawson style large scale tight back sofa khaki with olive green overtones. Comprised of upholstered frames, feather down wrapped foam loose zippered seat cushions, square tapered legs, and light mahogany finished wood apron around the base. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. In the photos there appear to be some dirty spots but that is not the case. And it is not really worn either. Kind of hard to explain but the khaki top weave has spread apart in those places, I suppose from use, and is showing the black underlying weave more than in other places. The photos make it way more pronounced than in person. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Late 20th Century.

Now THIS is seating with superior style!!! This is an awesome custom-made large scale Lawson style tight back sofa wearing a wonderful (AND RATHER DIFFICULT TO PHOTOGRAPH! LOL!) khaki chenille fabric with olive or army green overtones. It’s a fantastic color consisting of a black base and green clipped weave and depending on the surroundings and light, the tones change. It’s a fabulous neutral shade wrapped around the entire frame of the sofa and loose zippered feather & down wrapped foam seat cushions. It has a gorgeous light mahogany or butternut tone finished apron all the way around the base of the sofa and square tapered legs. It has deep comfortable seats, a solid frame, and we believe it to be one of a kind, although we can’t be positive about that. Either way, it’s absolutely marvelous and sure to be your favorite new vintage piece! It is Modern but it would blend in beautifully with so many styles including Art Deco Revival, Modern, or Traditional. It will be fabulous in the living room across from your coffee table, in the family room with a couple of wonderful club chairs on each side, or in the den or study facing the fireplace.
