Jesper International was founded in 1935 in Ulfborg, Denmark as a cooperative of cabinetmakers. The company was established as The Furniture Factory Hundevad & Co. The company was purchased by Tonny Haahr who founded several kitchen cabinet and furniture factories in Denmark. In 1990, Hundevad merged with Jesper International and eventually the name changed to Jesper Office. In 2008, they underwent a management buyout and Jesper LLC was formed. Today they have grown to a highly skilled furniture manufacturer integrating modern technologies with traditional qualities.
