Hilario Alejos Madrigal is a famous pottery artisan from Michoacan known for his “pineapple” ceramic & pottery pieces. His version with the green glaze is best known and he has won several awards for his work which is also featured in a large reference book called Grandes Maestros del Arte Popular Mexicano by Fomento Cultural Banamex.
