Description
What an incredible and interesting table. Done in the style of Milo Baughman of tubular chromed steel and glass. The tripod base consists of three 2-inch tube legs which have an angle cut on both ends so the tube is flat against the floor and the glass when spread out in its jacks-like shape. The three legs are encircled by a 6-inch diameter ring made of 1-inch chromed tubular steel which cinches them in at the middle or waist and allows for the spread of the tripod. The weight of the glass solidifies the base and makes the table sturdy. Very ingenious and beautiful. This table is not marked in any way but is very well made. Age is also unknown for sure but we assume 1970’s from the style. It is in wonderful vintage condition with no outstanding flaws that we have found. It would make an awesome small dining table, center table, lamp table, or bedside table. You should make it yours.
