It is comprised of a solid walnut base made up of four square legs and four square stretchers with a solid walnut square top that overhangs the base equally on all sides. Simple yet stunning. Its height and size are such that it can be used as a cocktail/coffee table or end/side table. It is the perfect depth for a mid-century modern sofa and in the home where we obtained it, was used as a corner table for a matching sofa and chair and was the perfect spot for a tall mid-century modern lamp. However, it could easily have served as the coffee table. So, if you are looking for a versatile table to move from here to there…you have found it.
