Sometimes something is so stunning, it simply speaks for itself… THIS is that table… This is a GORGEOUS end or side table featuring a polished solid aluminum base with straight, narrow rectangular legs and an X stretcher slightly raised from the ground. The top of the bars bears a small lip where a fabulous round glass top gently insets & becomes flush with the aluminum edge and crowns this lovely table. We know… we see it too, of course it resembles other designs by Milo Baughman… there are several on the internet that even say it is… but Baughman did not create with polished aluminum. He did do a similar version of this table with Thayer Coggin but the X stretcher touched the floor where ours is slightly raised. While this one is unsigned, it is still an INCREDIBLE piece and it SCREAMS mid-century modern to modern MAGNIFICENCE!! Bearing this classic appearance, it’s much like that little black dress… it’s basically a go-anywhere table. The perfect spot to set a cup of coffee or a cocktail, hold a stack of books in your sitting room, or host an incredible sculpture or wonderful table lamp in the entry or hall. Falling in love with this little beauty was easy… everyone here at the shop has. Now it’s time for that commitment… The choice is easy… It’s simple, it’s sleek, it’s stunning, and it needs to be YOURS!!!
