Joe Sutcliffe grew up in Western Kansas. After attending college, the Navy, and a 35-year stint in Information Technology, he has retired to make his art. Joe’s mask creations evolved after trips to Africa, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, and Alaska. Applying wit and irony, they are a commentary on life and the human condition. Joe is also an accomplished photographer.
