It is cranberry red both its paper label and the acid etched Venini mark on the base. It is comprised of a tall cylindrical shape which has a very high shoulder narrowing to a smaller diameter cylinder. The upper lip is pulled to form a spout and a handle is attached at the narrowed shoulder and loops upward and back down to attach at the rim. Simple and stunning!
