Description
This oh so handsome table is a feast for the eyes whoever designed and produced it! And, believe me, I have scoured the internet to find out. It is done in the style of Milo Baughman or Knoll, with the wonderful good quality workmanship of both. It has one inch square tube steel chrome legs held together by two-inch-high ebonized wood aprons, and topped by one inch thick staved rosewood. The rosewood overhangs the ebony and chrome ever so slightly which makes for an attractive detail. It is just the right size for a game of cards or breakfast for two (maybe four), or it could be a fabulous lamp, library, or center table. It is in very good vintage condition with no pitting to the chrome and the ebony is flawless. The rosewood is near flawless except for a few slight ¾ inch circular stains which, everything short of totally refinishing the top, we have been unable to remove completely; however, they are not noticeable at a first look. We do have the identical style end table listed as well. I’m thinking you need them both!
