Description

What can get more classic mid-century design than a Noguchi coffee table? This one is vintage and we believe circa 1980. It is in wonderful condition. No markings to designate maker but it is very well constructed. The glass, although a full 3/4 inch in thickness, is slightly smaller in size than the current Herman Miller production with a 49.25″x35.25″ top versus a 50″x36″ top. It also has a slight more yellow/green cast to the glass versus the coke bottle green coloration. The condition of the glass is very good. There are some small scratches as you would expect with use and age but no nicks or chips. The base, in shape, finish, and size is identical to our personal Herman Miller production table; but, the pin holding the two sections together is steel and not aluminum. I have given you all the facts. You draw your own conclusion. We hope you will make it yours.
