Description

Get ready to slumber in sweet splendor!!!! WOW!!! We have a STUNNING mahogany queen sized bed including the head and footboard and siderails by iconic designer Ralph Lauren. It is comprised of gorgeous mahogany in a wingback or sleigh style and the head and footboard have a lovely, scalloped design featuring carved details along the top, sides, and base. The head and footboard corners are rounded, and your queen-sized mattress sets nicely snuggled between the siderails on top of the bedrails. Plus, it is finished all the way around so it can “float” in a bedroom (or loft space) nicely, certainly the centerpiece wherever it is. It bares the gold Ralph Lauren signature label, and it is going to be gorgeous in your French Country style bedroom or guest room. However, it will blend in beautifully with many styles whether traditional, modern country, and anything in-between.

Ralph Lauren began his career with the simple goal of creating clothes that he wanted to wear. He was unhappy with the style of men’s clothing at the time and decided to design clothes for himself. It all started with a neckwear line which he launched under the name Polo in 1967. Each was handmade from the highest quality fabrics. He officially turned his passion for fashion into a career with a sales job at the Brooks Brother in New York at the age of 24. In 1970, the Polo by Ralph Lauren shop opened in Bloomingdale’s and Ralph oversees every detail, down to the wood paneling and by the end of the decade Polo by Ralph Lauren stores were on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and outposts in Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, Palm Beach, Chicago, and Fort Lauderdale. In 1976 Ralph Lauren won the Coty Award for women’s wear and the Coty Hall of Fame Award for menswear. The signature green bottle Polo fragrance was introduced in 1978. In 1983 Ralph Lauren Home made its debut. This was a first for a clothing designer. The 4 signature motifs were Thoroughbred, New England, Jamaica, and Log Cabin until 1984 when he presented the Safari collection for the film Out of Africa. In 1991 he received the CFDA Lifetime Achievement Award. He has an incredible timeline of achievements. Ralph Lauren Home Furniture Collections can still be purchased to the trade and through their website.

Impeccable style, French Country fabulous-ness, and an Iconic Ralph Lauren reputation!! This queen-sized mahogany wingback bed by Ralph Lauren has it ALL!! What are you waiting for? You better hurry and make it yours!!
