Description
Wow! There is no other word for it or way to describe the awesomeness of this chaise lounge. It is an iconic mid-century modern piece. Adrian Pearsall designed one for Craft Associates and we can’t say for sure this is his because we can’t read the dang original tag that is still attached to the underside! But we think it is and we know it is in his style. There is also a tag from the retailer who sold it…Karlan’s Furniture in Topeka, Kansas! And they would easily have been a retailer for Craft Associates. A bit of a fun fact…my mom worked there as an interior designer around that time. I like to think maybe she sold this marvelous chaise to its first owners. Anyway, it is incredible and still wears its astonishing original faux fur upholstery. The faux fur is a black, brown, and gray mixed long fuzzy haired faux fur and in excellent condition. Double wow!! Its wave design undulates to hold a body perfectly in a relaxed position. Plus it is generous enough in width to hold two. This would be so phenomenal in your mid-century modern home or industrial loft. You really should make it yours.
