Description

Holy Cow! These are just incredible mid-century modern chairs. And, it is a full set of eight. Eight! And black! Do you know how hard that is to find such fabulous vintage chairs in black and a set of eight? They were made by InterRoyal Corp who produced high quality furniture from the 1950s to the late 1980s. They are comprised of a steel tube frame with a brushed finish. Their seats and backs are upholstered in a wonderful black vinyl – faux leather – Naugahyde. They have a surprise to their mostly blocky look by having a flat wide piece of steel as their backrest support with an ever so slight curve. Awesome! They remind me of chairs designed by mid-century modern greats Milo Baughman and Harvey Prober. And quality makers Steelcase, American of Martinsville, or Hibriten. These would be fabulous around a large dining room table in your loft or great room. And perfect whether you have an industrial style or rustic or mid century modern. They would also be fantastic around your conference room table in your office. No matter how you use them, they are incredible and ready to go. Make them yours.
