Description

If you are looking for large three-dimensional wall decor, look no further. These are fabulous! They are a monumental 34.5 inches in diameter with a bold and striking presence. Each one is adorned in detail with a unique English pub scene. Ironically one depicts a fireplace with an identical decorative wall plate hanging above it with Englishmen sitting at a table playing chess. The other depicts a musician and several Englishmen courting a lady who appears to be feigning their attentions.

Made circa 1950s by Peerage, previously known as Pearson Page Co Ltd who was the biggest source in the UK of reproduction copper and brassware during the 1920s and 1930s. Pearson Page became Peerage circa 1947 after WWII.
