Description

Whoa! This is one gorgeous mid-century modern dining table. It was created in the 1960s by Grand Rapids Bookcase and Chair Company and has great solid bones and fabulous Asian Parson styling. But…its finish had seen better days, so we took the opportunity to restore this awesome table by giving it a black dyed finish. Using the dye rather than paint lets the grain of the beautiful, what we believe to be, ash wood show through. I love the look. Plus, we have given it a sturdy polyurethane finish to withstand use. And it has two fully aproned leaves making it very versatile. Pair it with funky modern chairs; sleek mid-century modern ones; industrial, rustic, or traditional ones; or fancy gilded Hollywood Regency ones. So many choices. Just make this beautiful wonderful dining table yours!
