Biscuit Tufted Upholstered Mid Century Hollywood Regency Bench

$995

SKU 414-SEA-122 Category Tag

Interesting mid century and/or Hollywood Regency upholstered and biscuit tufted bench. This piece still retains its original avocado green velvet upholstery and, if you like age patina, it could be used; however, there are a couple buttons missing and the velvet is worn smooth in a couple places and has a couple rust stains as well, so it is priced to be reupholstered. Circa 1950s-1960s.

Description

This bench is a puzzle to us and we love it!! It is a perfect blend of mid-century modern and Hollywood Regency. Upholstered in a Hollywood Regency style with biscuit tufted moss or avocado green velvet but……it has legs in the style of a mid-century modern Milo Baughman bench for Thayer Coggin. It came from a home where everything was a blend of those same styles. Reminds me of the song….a little bit country, a little bit rock n roll but it’s a little bit Hollywood Regency….a little bit mid-century modern! You need this in your bedroom or your entry or maybe your living room for a little extra seating, I know you do. Make it yours.
