Can’t you just feel the powerful presence of this majestic animal? He is absolutely gorgeous! Our guess is that he was probably a stationary piece on a carousel or merry-go-round as he bears a saddle but there is no cut out for a pole. His glass eyed stare demands attention and his exquisite hand carved details almost bring him to life. His saddle sits upon hand carved blanket fringe and its hand painted with tribal like symbols and a floral design. He stands tall in a proud dominant stance showing off his fabulous, curved horns as if he is ready for battle. He has had some restorations on both of his horns in which an artist carved and duplicated them. They look wonderful. He has age appropriate wear here and there, but it just makes his character more impressive. This is a unique, impressive life size figure and he needs a new place to call home.
