Mid to Late 20th Century Campaign Style Chair with X Base & Faux Leather Sling Arm Straps

This is a FABULOUS Campaign style accent chair comprised of a gorgeous faux bamboo wood frame with a walnut toned finish and a curved X shaped base with three stretchers, brown faux leather sling arm straps, and distressed brass/chrome knob details on the upper back and front of the arms. The knobs were originally brass plated but over time, use and wear has rubbed it down to chrome creating a lovely patina which we chose to leave as-is. The distressing to the finish on the frame, leather straps, and chrome detail resolves the chairs over-all exotic appeal… it is extremely charming! It has semi-attached brown velvet chenille button tufted seat and back cushions and a deep seating position which is ergonomically pleasing and quite comfortable. It would be wonderful in a corner of your bedroom, in the study across from the fireplace, or as an accent chair in the living room.
