Description

This lovely pair of accent chairs will make a nice addition to your traditional or country style home décor. They are Georgian Revival circa mid-20th century. One armed “his” chair and one armless “hers” chair. The backs and seats have been recently upholstered in a golden yellow horizontal ribbed fabric with a gimp trim. The seat is semi attached with a beautiful button detail. The armed chair has curved and turned wood arms and both chairs have an interesting sinuous and curved flat front stretcher with an oval shield center between straight legs with turned tips. The side and rear stretchers are turned and tapered with the backs having a sweetheart rather Chippendale curved top. A fabulous pair of chairs for a sitting room, living room, library, or den. Make them yours!
