Description

Just look at this fabulous Ranch Oak china hutch cabinet by A. Brandt Company! It will be the perfect piece in your dining room, kitchen, study, or maybe the family room of your western ranch home or rustic mountain abode. It is comprised of rustic solid ranch oak that is signature to A. Brandt Company furniture. The base of the cabinet, or the buffet part, has four drawers in its center with a door and drawer above that on each side. The hutch top has two double opening doors with glass inserts perfect for display. The cabinet’s details show the high quality of this solid wood piece. Each door and drawer on the buffet have a ranch oak carved handle and the hammered hinges are a nice detail as well. The knobs on the upper are hammered to match the hinges. This is beautiful storage and display whether you use it for dishware, a collection, or books.

A Brandt Company was established in 1900 by German immigrant August Brandt. But it was Paul Brandt, August’s son, who engineered and debuted the Ranch Oak furniture in Fort Worth, Texas in 1938. Paul served as company president for approximately 50 years. The production of the Ranch Oak line continued until the mid-1980s. It was used in ranch homes, mountain homes, dude ranches, and basement rec rooms across the nation. The US government contracted Ranch Oak furnishings for many of their military bases. And it was used by National Park lodges plus roadside motels for its attractive, durable, rustic type of décor.

We love this piece and know you will too. Make it yours!!
