Hello Beautiful!! This lovely art deco, or is it art nouveau, sofa comes from Vargas Fine Furniture which was an upscale furniture business located in Topeka, Kansas but has now closed. It is comprised of a rich walnut frame and wonderful carved details. It has beautiful flowing lines and the original off-white fabric with a delicate floral print. We love the patina on the wood of this beauty however, some may want to refinish, and we understand that it will need to be reupholstered, so we have priced accordingly. The seat cushions are removeable for convenient fluffing and cleaning. Three large carved and detailed walnut feet in the front and two more narrow rectangle feet in the back give this sofa a solid and sturdy base. Just imagine yourself curled up and lounging in this stylish and comfortable art deco (or art nouveau?) lover’s dream! You just need to make it yours!!

Fabulous vintage art deco or art nouveau sofa from Vargas Fine Furniture a long-established high-end furniture store in Topeka Kansas which is no longer in existence. It is comprised of wood frame and carved walnut details in its original, but very distressed, off white floral print upholstered fabric. Wood has age-appropriate wear and although we love the patina, most will want to redo and reupholster, we have priced accordingly. Please see photos. Circa 1930-1940’s.
